Retained Recruiter works on the Retain basics to search, which means the recruiter will charge a minimal amount to conduct search. Retained Search Recruiters will work closely with the client and after discussing with the client,he finds the best strategy to recruit the best person for the job.

The Retained Recruiter will be able to present at-least five candidates with the required skills and all the client has to do is pick the one who suits best for the job.
Clients will request a retained search recruiter ,if they are looking for a senior position in their organization.

Clients will expect to pay up-to 50% of the annual salary of the candidate to the retained recruiter, after successful completion of retained search assignment.
